		<description>I&#039;ve installed this plug-in, and it works fine for me when I&#039;m logged in as an administrator.  But when I log out and post a comment the editing capability is not there.  It&#039;s as though the plug-in doesn&#039;t exist.

I&#039;ve made sure that &quot;Allow Anyone to Edit Their Own Comments?&quot; is marked &quot;Yes&quot; and I&#039;ve given them 30 minutes as you suggested.

Am I missing something?</description>
