To further explore my curiosity of Flash users and their various Undo habits, today I’m inquiring about your Undo “levels”.<\/p>\n

If you’re not sure what I mean by “Undo levels”, here’s how Adobe explains it:<\/p>\n
“Document-level undo<\/strong> maintains a single list of all your actions for the entire Flash document. Object-level undo<\/strong> maintains separate lists of your actions for each object in your document. Object-level lets you undo an action on one object without having to also undo actions on other objects that might have been modified more recently than the target object.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
You can check which level of Undo you’re currently using by opening Flash and going to: Menu \u00bb Edit \u00bb Preferences \u00bb General \u00bb Undo, and viewing what’s selected in the drop-down list.<\/p>\n
I’ve been saved by the “Object-level Undo” feature so many times that there’s no doubt that it’s my personal favorite. I really like being able to go back to a clip I’ve modified a long time ago and easily fixing my errors with a couple of “Undos”.<\/p>\n
